Coaches, team roster entry will be Online ONLY on http://www.baumspage.com/!   Entry window OPENS August 17th at 8:00AM and CLOSES AT 7:00PM, Wednesday, August 27th – NO late rosters!   Results will be posted to Baum’s Page.

 

H.S. Coaches – Please ignore the earlier instructions to enter TWO SEPARATE rosters:

  1. There was a late change in computer scoring/timing and Premier Races will be doing the Classic!
  2. Submit your complete roster as you normally do and declare your 7 varsity athletes when you send them to the starting line!
  3. All others will be entered in the open race!

 

We will have a maximum of 22 teams in each of the Middle School and the varsity High School Division races. 

 

If you want to enter this year’s race, please email Jeff Will - AD at   willj@wcsoh.org   for availability of positions.  Cut-off for entering the Classic (if the max has not yet been reached) is Friday, August 22nd.   Once approved, send all new completed contracts to: Jeff Will, AD, Westerville North HS, by Fax: 614-797-6242.  TEAM Entry fees are $60 per Boys or Girls High School team or $2 per Middle School runner.

  1. All individual awards will be handed out at the end of the chute.  Team trophies for Middle School will be awarded around 25 minutes after the Boys MS race.  High School awards will be presented after the Boys Open race.  Results will be available around 25 minutes after each race is completed.

       

  1. Boxes will be assigned for the Varsity Races only.  For the open race, please have your top 3 - 4 runners at the line with the rest of your team lined up behind, so that every team has a space for them.

 

  1. All Team Camps must be outside of the Stadium.  No Team Camps inside the stadium on the grass. Thanks!

Concessions are located in the southwest corner of the football stadium.  Portable Restrooms are by the main gate and team camps.   Handicapped Restrooms are located in the football stadium.

 

  1. Packet pick-up will be located with the Coaches Hospitality on the right-hand side of the concession stand.  Results will be posted there also.  Once coaches have returned their scratch sheets, teams can pick up their chips on the visitor side of the stadium.  Timing is by Run Wild Racing, Columbus.

 

  1. If you have any problems with scoring or officiating please see, Jeff Will or Dave Weaner.  PLEASE stress good sportsmanship with your teams, parents and fans. We look forward to another successful Classic and THANKS to all teams attending.

 

  1. There will be an admission/parking fee of $1 per car.  TEAM Entry fees are $60 per Boys or Girls High School team or $2 per Middle School runner.  Please check with your Athletic Director that your contract has been signed and that the PO has been processed.

 

  1. All runners must be in SCHOOL ISSUED uniforms, and comply with the OSHAA rules.
