Track Manager Functions: Login to your
account and use Managers
| Track to access the following options:
- Use Add/Renew My Events to renew old meets or setup
new meets.
- To renew an event you managed last year, select the event, edit
dates, times. etc..
- Submit Event for Review | at the bottom check the Confirm
Event box | click Submit Event for Approval.
- To add a new event, select Add a Brand New Event for 20?? | edit
the details, dates, times. events, etc...
- Submit Event for Review | at the bottom check the Confirm
Event box | click Submit Event for Approval.
- Use Modify Current Event to change dates/times,
entry and scratch windows, and correct event details and number per event.
- Use Assign Delegates to grant access rights
for your computer person.
- Use Contact Coaches to e-mail the coaches of teams
entered in your events.
- Use Event Summary to view list of teams submitted
- Use Download Imports to generate your import files.
- Select Download {software} Import for the program
you need.
- Click the appropriate Help links for specific
details and additional instructions.
- Use Event Scratches to view, download or e-mail
scratches/substitutions.
- Use Upload Files/Results to post your results after
your meet.
- Use Billing to change the "Bill To:"
information if your meet should be billed to some place other than the Host School.
- May be used to provide billing information for League/Conference
Meets, Timing Companies, or other special requests.
- Use Manager Help Page to access the help page with Online
Roster Instructions for coaches and the Online Fee List.
