Weather Contingency Plan

Sectional Wrestling will be postponed if a Level 2 or 3

Weather emergency is declared in Preble County

Wrestling will be delayed, if a weather emergency is anticipated or travel

conditions are hazardous in the Opinion of the

Host School/Tournament mgr.

1. Communication:

School/coach will be contacted one (1) hour prior to their departure

time on hazardous weather days. Officials/Tournament workers wiil

be included.

2. Media:

Postponements, delays, and date/time changes will be placed on local

television and radio stations, also, on the SWDAB, Eaton School and

Baumspage web sites.

3. Contingency Plans:

Postponement on Friday: Sessions 1 & 2 will be held on Saturday,

21^st at 10:30 am with the Finals on Sunday, 22^nd at 2:30 pm.

Postponement on Friday and Saturday: Sessions 1 & 2 will be held

Sunday, 22^nd at 1:00 pm with the Finals on Monday, 23^rd at 5:30 pm.

Any further delays; We will do what is best for the athletes.
