If you live a relatively "normal" life that doesnt involve running into bad guys, or live in a bad neighborhood then the P365 would be a perfect gun for home defense. If you live in a rough neighborhood then maybe Id go with something a bit more substantial.

Received an email from Sig today saying they have the P365 SAS Slide. Went to the link below and they are selling this SAS slide without the barrel and no compensation cuts. Put your barrel and RSA in and out it on the frame you already have. Very interesting idea and another marketing idea.Buy a standard P365, and the SAS slide. This lets you try the sights without committing to the gun, should you not like them. As with Paul' above ^^^, it's a whole lot simpler to buy or sell the slide than a whole gun. I carry strong side IWB and the P365 with the flat base magazine is much easier to conceal than the P365 XL because of the height differential.
